Trout's 4 Star Self Catering Holiday Apartments & Cottage. Set in its own extensive grounds and surrounded by land designated an area of outstanding natural beauty and of site of special scientific interest.
Situated on the south coast commanding a magnificent panorama of Start Bay, Start Lighthouse and the rolling hills with their patchwork of fields. Below Trout's, nestling under the cliffs, are the ruins of the old Hallsands village destroyed earlier this century, a haunting story brought to life by the many pictures of the area.
Delightful gardens surround the complex. Within the 7 acres of grounds are an all weather tennis court, a 9-hole putting green, a heated outdoor swimming pool and an adventure playground. There is also a games room in the barn with table tennis, pool, darts, table football and a sectioned area especially for younger children well equipped with toys and games. All this makes Trout’s the ideal place to relax and enjoy the comfort and hospitality we have to offer. All the apartments and the cottage have spectacular views of the sea and countryside. They are well furnished and equipped to a high standard, including books and games to suit everybody. Pets are welcome.
